British Championships Gold medals!
Nigel Baker won a Gold in the Men’s sparring.
Donna Hicks won a Bronze in the team sparring, and was just outside the medals with a 4th in the Yellow belt patterns.
Leanda Gage, won Golds in the Destruction and Black Belt patterns events.
Wayne Sibthorpe (not pictured) won a Silver in the Executive sparring
